About these terms
These terms apply to the planning work provided by CloudLogic Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (Uniform Business Number 04174349, representative Huang Mei-Chen), located at No. 97, Chenggong Rd., Neihu Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
The service
CloudLogic Financial Planning provides planning only. The engagements are:
- Relocation Budget Review — a single working session producing a one-page budget skeleton.
- Expat Household Planning — a rolling 12-month engagement with quarterly working sessions and a rolling cash-flow plan.
- Pre-Assignment Budget Build — a modelling session producing a written 24-month cost baseline.
The deliverable in every case is a written plan. We do not manage investments, file tax returns, broker insurance, act as a real-estate agent, or sell any financial product. The plan is designed to be handed to your accountant, employer, or other licensed professional.
No advice relationship beyond planning
A planning engagement does not create an investment-management, tax-filing, or brokerage relationship. Where a decision in the plan requires a licensed professional, the plan names the decision and the timing, and you take it to the appropriate professional. We are not responsible for the outcome of decisions taken, or not taken, on the basis of the plan.
Fees
Fees are set per engagement and confirmed in writing before a session is booked. We do not bill hourly and do not take a percentage of your compensation package. The quoted fee is the fee you pay; there are no hidden charges.
Booking and cancellation
Sessions are scheduled by email after the inquiry form is received. To reschedule or cancel a booked session, notify us by email at least two working days in advance. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the discretion of the practice, as set out in the Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your household, timeline, and financial position for the planning session. A plan built on incomplete or inaccurate information may not reflect your actual position; the responsibility for the accuracy of the inputs is yours.
Confidentiality
Information you share in the engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the planning work. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on data handling.
Intellectual property
The written plan delivered to you is for your use. You may share it with your accountant, employer, or other professional involved in your relocation. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially publish the plan without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, the liability of the practice in connection with a planning engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the plan.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any dispute arising in connection with the engagement is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Taipei, Taiwan.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated date. Engagements already booked continue on the terms in force at the time of booking.
